A note from Mr. Dahl, Always Creative Catering:
I have added more fruit and vegetable choices and more nutritious items this year. In doing this I will be dropping the salad selection of chef or small salad and also the sandwich selections Ham Italian and Turkey Sub.

We will be offering sandwich wraps from time to time with fresh vegetables also.

Thanks to all our parents and children that help support our lunch program!

  Dear Parents & Students:
Pre-paid meals are $3.50. Lunches purchased the same day will be $4.00.
Drinks are not included with the meals, so please make sure your child has money for milk or a drink. White, chocolate, and strawberry milk, juices, and sodas are available for sale in the vending machines. Snacks and chips are also available for sale. Homemade baked goods are also sold daily for $.50 cents to $1.00 . It would be helpful to send your child to school with exact change.
This is how the program works:
                (1)   The lunch menus are normally handed out each week on MONDAY.
(2)   The lunch orders must be turned in with payment to the homeroom teacher first thing on WEDNESDAY morning- please send exact change or a check - the only exception will be if your child is absent on Wednesday, we will accept their order on Thursday morning.
(3)   We ask that your child’s order be in a sealed envelope with their name and grade written on it - you may pay for more than one child with one check if this is more convenient, but please make sure each child has their own order form completely filled out and all forms are in one envelope. You may send it with the oldest child.
(4)   Please send lunch orders to your child’s homeroom teacher or drop off in Elementary Office every WEDNESDAY morning.
(5)   If your child is absent – we will issue a credit for that day.It will come home with their next order form. They are to use the credit as soon as possible. The credit will act as money on your next order. Please enclose the credit slip with your payment.
(6)   Please do not include milk or snack money with your lunch orders, this should be kept separate.
(7)   Occasionally we have class dinners, or special dinners. These are to be ordered separate and not included with the regular weekly order.
(8)   Please do not send large bills with your child for the vending machines or to purchase extras. Please try and send exact change with your child. We do not always have change available.Planning ahead for proper change would be a great help to the program!
(9)   If your student forgets his/her lunch and does not have lunch money, we will allow him to charge a lunch. They will not be permitted to charge again until the balance is paid. The amount owed will be .50 cents higher than the regular price as it will be a same day order and not a pre-order. We WILL NOT carry balances this year.

For returning families – there will be a few changes for this year:

(1)   All students will eat their lunch in the lunchroom every day. There will not be a special senior lunch area. All seniors must eat in the lunchroom every day.
(2)   Students should not bring food that needs to be heated in the microwave.Microwaves are not available for student use in the cafeteria or teachers lounges. Please do not ask.
